SLOW! Short staffed with workers that had been there all day. The poor girl inside was doing all the ordering, cooking & cleaning for people who came in. Drive through had 2 or 3 working it. We were there around 7 p.m. reasonably clean considering.
Not very friendly today. She was more interested in other employees than her customers. Had to repeat my order twice because she was more interested in others.
Rude through the speaker at the drive thru. Rude at the window. Still got my order wrong. There is a big difference between small and large when an order is being placed at the drive thru. All I purchased was 2 drinks.
Not just one but TWO meals where messed up. Ask for strawberries, and you get frys. Ask for no tomatoes, and you get a nice little slice. Coming from fast food myself I understand the hustle of dinner rush but, that's why you always read it back. Accuracy, accuracy, accuracy.
Individuals who work there are super nice, however the service is slow. They also have a 90 rating, which if your not from the North Carolina believe it's good. Yet it takes a lot of hits to drop to a 90 sanitation rating. These inspections are completely random and require food establishments to maintain a high level of sanitation.
