Ordered my food and it was made fresh. Didn't have to wait long.
Do NOT work here!!!! If you're ok with only getting 8 hours working there if that and only getting 2 days a week then this may be for you but be prepared to only make $40.00 a week if that. And a lot of times you don't even get, 8 hours but they send you home early because business is so slow. If you are a kid and don't mind $40.00 a week then you may like it. The training is atrocious. They show you something a couple of times and expect you to remember it and get mad when you ask questions. Can see why customers don't go here when employees aren't really trained and have no clue what they are doing.

The lady at the window name begins with a D. Has the worse customer services skills I've ever witnessed. Never said hello, welcome to Hardee's, nothing it was dead silent. 2nd time I've dealt with her same result. I guess she isn't worried about retaining customers. Teach your employees how to interact with customers
The personnel at the Swansboro Hardee's are wonderful and helpful. They keep the dining area and bathrooms clean. The food is good and hot.
