This is one of the best places I have been since moving down this way. It is been a healthier choice and has great customer service wonderful people and the owners are spectacular. I have never met owners that are so invested in their customers in a long time. This is a great place to eat or if you wanted to get it to grow great place to go and get it done without any problems and if you have any problems you let them know and they take care of it on the spot.
I love Jersey Mikes-their subs are always delicious! Customer service is usually great, but the Online Ordering Pick-Up definitely needs attention! I know everyone has good days and bad days, but I ordered two subs and was told online that they'd be ready to be picked up at 12:56. I went inside to pick them up at 1:00 and ended up standing at the "Online-Order Pick Up" counter and waited for 15 minutes. I could see my subs on the counter, already made and ready to go. There were six workers behind the counter and I watched them cycle through the people in line (people that came in long after I did), never even bothering to ask me if I could be helped. I made eye contact with several of the workers, but they quickly looked away. I understand that they were busy, and I am a patient person, but no one ever even acknowledged me! I had to get into the current-ordering line just to catch someone's attention. I don't believe that I will be ordering online again any time soon.
Great subs every time, even if I order ahead or wait in line. Whether busy or dead the subs and service are great. Staff can be a bit aloof at times, that's what happens when you employ teenagers. It is very small, so at times hard to get into line. Don't get a fifth star because they ask for tips by automatically prompting you when you swipe your card. Instead of being tipped for great service they are instructed to tell you that the machine is going to ask you a question. This is in my opinion quite cowardly on the ownership. The Jersey Mikes in wilmington does not do this for a reason. Other than this foul no no, the place is good.
The food is excellent and the customer service is absolutely top notch. Love this place
