We had the stuffed flounder and lobster ravioli and both were delicious! Definitely worth splurging a little on this meal. Great beer list and bar. Waitress and hostess we're polite and service was fast.
I am a local and wanted to take family out for a nice meal. I had been here before and everything was great. The wait staff was fantastic, but on this night I believe there may have been an accident with the salt in the kitchen, because the two of our meals were so laden with salt that they were inedible. I notified the waiter and he was great about it and got the manager. We politely let her know what the issue was (accidents happen) and that we couldn't eat it. She looked at us and very rudely asked what I wanted her to do about it. I asked her what SHE wanted to do...she said that she "supposed" that she could get us a dessert. After explaining that I didn't want dessert because I had not even eaten my dinner, she shrugged her shoulders and walked away. The waiter was mortified and apologized when bringing the check because we were charged full price for all five meals, no comp for meals obviously uneaten. I paid, gave him a big tip, and will NEVER eat here again.
Here on vacation at Emerald Isle NC. My niece is two hours away in Wilmington NC. She drove up to Emerald Isle to see me (her Aunt) because we haven't seen each other in a couple of years. My daughter joined us and my daughter picked this restaurant out of all the restaurants. Let me tell you it was awesome. The food was wonderful and great service. Coconut Shrimp with peanut sauce was the bomb. If I ever get back here again will definitely eat here.
We came in the city dock ,and came in for a cocktail and not sure about eating. Sat at the bar and the service was very good! Had a couple cocktails and decided to go to another place and check it out. BUT! The food u saw come out looked AMAZING!! Would definitely come back ! And the bathrooms were clean and nice.
First time dining here and on Christmas Eve. Nice place and atmosphere. Chose the Shrimp and Grits; fantastic and filling. Others in my group chose the Pesto and Pecan encrusted grouper and the Grouper Royale; all was enjoyed. Overall, nice place, was sat right away and served our entrees within half an hour. We will be back to enjoy another meal.
