I ordered "How Sweet it is" and upgraded twice to "Premium" - my daughter- in- law sent a picture (I wish I could post); the arrangement, although nice, was not as picture, seemed like an un-upgraded arrangement - certainly not "premium", whatever that meant. Disappointed.
I can’t express the kindness of the staff, especially Kathy, for going out of her way for me when my Mother died and your store was closed. There just aren’t words how this touched my heart.
