Very friendly & knowledgeable. Highly recommend this practice. The wait isn't bad either.
Staff are incredibly rude and not of caring nature at all. Linda is a nice PA though...too bad her staff are not.
This place is horrible. They are extremely rude and don't help at all. I went for one thing and walked out when she ordered a bunch of tests for stuff I wasn't even there for. They messed up my insurance and when I called she said " or you could just pay for it". My one star is for the triage nurse, she was very nice. Would not recommend to anyone!
Poor customer service, extremely slow. Over 2 hour wait. Go anywhere but this place!!!
I love this doctor, and have been going here for many years and never had any problems, but now that they are a MedFirst place also, it seems like I have to wait much longer than usual. The past two times I have gone, which has been very recent, I have waited at least an hour (yes, I did have an appointment), for something that took five minutes. I'm not sure why the wait is so long because generally when I go it is about 9-10 am, and I have only seen two or three other patients there while I am. Again, GREAT doctor and very kind people, but I am not sure why the wait is so long. Maybe I just happen to go at a bad time ? ): I do recommend this doctor though!
