I needed a repair on my glasses and some adjustment. Young man (Sam) performed the work and I was very pleased. We been using the eye care center since they've been in this building and will continue to use it.

Very disappointed! Do not Give them your business or waist your time. I Needed an adjustment on my contact strength... they charged me for my second visit even though it was within 1 year of previous appt. Asked for refill on my contacts, but they said I needed another appt (scripts are good for 1 year- it had only been 6 months) they refused. I bought 30 day supply to hold me to the next available appt. Then they cancelled that appt. booked me for 1 month out again... said they could give me 2 week sample to hold me. I get there and they say they never said that... horrible customer service. Will not be going back.
I have been a patient of Dr Siegel's for years. During that time I have been well pleased. She is very knowledgeable not only about eye care but medically. I trust her and her colleagues with all my eye care needs. I highly recommend this office for your eye care.
The billing department tried to bill us twice for my daughter's visit for contacts. My wife paid the balance at time of visit, then they billed my 16 yr old daughter for the same amount. Do not patronize this organization as they will act confused about the billing (which is designed to be thoroughly confusing, especially if you use insurance.
No regard for the customer once you leave the office. Four (4) weeks for lens??? They could not put them in because their "grinder broke and they will not fix it" -- actual quote. Another quote - - since their grinder is broken they sent to another lab -- "the delay has been caused because the lab broke two separate sets of your lenses trying to fit them into the frame". They provide dates and those dates come and go. No one calls back with status. Manager not available. Maybe they do not "SEE" that they have a customer experience problem.
