The only thing I can say is that this business does not care about their employees, it used to, but not anymore. After many, many, many years of working for Cliff's Car Care, they fired my father for such an insignificant reason. It is what it is, and life goes on, but the way they paid many years of faithfulness and hard work was by kicking him out like a dog.
PS. The point of this is that you hopefully learn to value every single person you have working for you because the reason of your success is your faithful customers and also faithful and committed employees, so value them because you never know how things are going to end up for you or for them.
The ONLY place that I know of that actually cares for the customers and not just getting money. You can always trust them no matter what. Incredible mechanics, outstanding customer service, always willing to help, and very very trustworthy. Never bringing my truck anywhere but here and highly highly recommend to everybody els. The man was ill; we found out he had terminal cancer. It was reasonable that his children would not let him go back searching for a new job, but the effect of getting fired like that affected my father in such a devastating way that I cannot describe. The man who worked for Cliff's Care Care for so many years is now in heaven. He was very sad to realize that his last job ended like that, even though he went back to apologize, they humiliated him and kicked him out again. I hope you are happy for the decisions you made and good luck finding people who were as faithful and dedicated like he was. Now, a family is missing their old man who just passed right before Christmas, (I am not blaming you at all) but just wanted to share this... During his last days, as many terminal patients with cancer, he started having hallucinations, all he talked and hallucitaed about was working at this shop. That is how much he loved his job and how dedicated he was that even during the last few days of his life he "thought" he was working there and was worried about it. He did not get to be present at his daughter's graduation in college which he work so hard to pay for it, nor to spend time with his newborn grandson.
