If you love your pet please don't leave them there. We left our 17 year old dog there with instructions on when to administer her pain medicine, which was as needed. She was given this medicine twice a day for most of the 12 days she was there. She has never soiled her bed yet according to them she had done that 3 times. She probably couldn't wake up! Rewashed it when we got home but still had to through it away. Dish stand broken, bowls lost, not groomed and the only consistent response was "We are not responsible." They encourage you to bring whatever might make your dog more comfortable, don't.
Great place to take your dog
While not the fanciest place this facility is staffed by people who care. I had a minor concern and the owner called me personally to work it out. The prices are really good compared to other places like Animal House, but that is because this place isn't as fancy. But when I board my dogs for a week at a time they don't need fancy, they need socialization and here they get way more play time. They also have webcams so you can see your dog's playing.
First time boarding our dog and it was a great experience. We were able to watch online and the staff was often interacting with her. Very clean and nice facility, staff was always cleaning never smelled like a kennel.
Do not bring your dog here. They dont give medicine properly, when i brought my dog there was a manager named alex who didnt take down my information right and the stuff he did write, the staff didnt follow. I had an old dog that wasnt supposed to have anything around her neck, and was also supposed to take medicine. When i picked her up she died in my arms right there in the kennel. I didnt think anything but an employee that felt bad told me later that a slip leash was used around her neck, and that apparently while my dog was dying in my arms the manager alex told the staff to take pills out of the bottles because THEY DIDNT GIVE HER THE MEDICINE. I am very deeply hurt because I was unsure if i wanted to board in the first place. She was old and may have been her time, but when an employee feels so bad they outreach to me then I know something is wrong. Very disappointing and unsettling place. I was told that the cameras are there so that all they have to do is play with the dogs and let the owners see and they think they are being taken care of. Horrendous
