Horrible. I ordered pizza almost 2 hours ago and they keep saying sorry, it's on the way, but I live 7 minutes away. Cold pizza.
But, they did credit me half, at least. So 3 stars.
Been in Hubert for about 6 months and my family and I are frequent costumers at this Pizza Hut(mainly delivery) We have never had a problem with this Pizza Hut. The pizza is always good and so glad they added Pizza Hut rewards. My husband loves the stuffed garlic knots and I love the 2 topping 7.99 large pizza. Wings are also good and they never mess up our order.
Place was clean service was fast and the counter girl was awesome ..helped me with the best deal for the things I ordered ..right on
We recently purchased a house in the area. The kids were so excited to see a Pizza Hut so close to the house. After unpacking for the day we decided to treat ourselves to some pizza. We got there at 9:15 pm and were glad to see that they were open until 11 pm. As we waited there at the register, we felt as if we were being ignored. Twice they came out from the kitchen area and, even though they looked at us, not once did they acknowledge that we were just standing there. Not even with a mention of I’ll be right with you “NOTHING”. So after a bit of being ignored we turn around and headed somewhere else to eat. As we were driving away I can see them looking at us as we were leaving the parking area. They looked at each other and started laughing. Im not sure how much money this owner has lost business because of these employees. But for how ever long I live in this area.... I will NEVER order from this Pizza Hut!
Place was dirty .napkins, cheese and parper on floor. Tables dirty found clean on our third try of looking. Pizza ok not as good as. Morehead City. Pizza Hut. All in all wont be back .
