Ella and Josh were incredibly accommodating and ensured our stay was hassle-free! It’s been years since we have been back to the hotel after moving && it’s just as great as it was before. When we head back we know exactly where to stay.
I will never stay anywhere else! This hotel was Immaculate and had everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay... Ella, Shannon and all of the ladies at the front desk provide some of the best customer service experienced... I will definitely be back!
My family and I always come to this Best Western whenever we visit Emerald Isle and don't have an extra room at the beach house. The hotel is only a 10 minute drive from the hotel making the location extremely convenient. If someone is going to the pier it's probably an even shorter drive. The staff at the hotel is wonderful. They were always smiling and happy to help. Whenever I ran into the staff they always greeted me with a friendly smile. While I was at the hotel I also enjoyed the breakfast. It was a small selection however I always left full. In the mornings I also enjoyed the small exercise room provided by the hotel.
We experienced no problems with this hotel. It was our first time bringing our 2 year old on an overnight trip like this and even she said it was fun. The pool was chipping in a few places but overall, it was wet and cool so we were fine. Thanks for helping us during this trip. :)
