Left my oil drain plug extremely loose and my engine lost all of the oil after 5 days of having it changed. Luckily computer told me to stop driving and get it fixed before any damage was done. Shop apologized but made me pay for new oil.
My wife was quoted $47 for a simple oil change. After the work was completed the technician provided an invoice for $66. He said the RAV4 took more oil and needed a special filter. I have never encountered this before in 6 years with this car. We will never return. Do yourself a favor and drive over to Micron where they are honest.
